SUPERANNUATION INDUSTRY (SUPERVISION) LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1994 No. 140, 1994 - SECT 37

37. Section 10 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting paragraph (c) of
the definition of "approved purposes" and substituting the following
paragraph:

"(c) subject to any inconsistent requirement in the standards from time to
time applicable to the fund under section 32, the purpose of paying to
beneficiaries, or to the legal personal representatives of beneficiaries, upon
request, amounts equal to the beneficiary's interest in the fund;".
