STATUTE LAW (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT (No. 1) 1982 No. 26, 1982 - SECT 11

11. Section 9 of the Principal Act is repealed and the following section is
substituted: Remuneration and allowances



"9. (1) A member, other than a member who is a Judge, shall be paid such
remuneration as is determined by the Remuneration Tribunal, but, if no
determination of that remuneration by the Remuneration Tribunal is in
operation, he shall be paid such remuneration as is prescribed.



"(2) A member to whom sub-section (1) applies shall be paid such allowances as
are prescribed.



"(3) Sub-sections (1) and (2) have effect subject to the Remuneration
Tribunals Act 1973.".
