110. Section 251 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting sub-section (2)
and substituting the following sub-section:



"(2) Where articles have not been registered, a member may request the company
to furnish him with a printed copy of any resolution, document or agreement to
which this section applies and, where such a request is made, the company
shall send the copy to that person -

   (a)  if the company requires payment of an amount not exceeding the
        prescribed amount - within 21 days after payment of the amount is
        received by the company or within such longer period as the Commission
        approves; or

   (b)  in a case to which paragraph (a) does not apply - within 21 days after
        the request is made or within such longer period as the Commission
        approves.".
