STATUTE LAW (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT (No. 1) 1982 No. 26, 1982 - SECT 155

155. Section 59 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting sub-sections (4)
and (5) and substituting the following sub-section:



"(4) Sections 48, 49 and 50 of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 apply in
relation to Rules of Court made under this section as if references in those
sections of that Act to regulations were references to Rules of Court.".
