SUPERANNUATION (RESOLUTION OF COMPLAINTS) ACT 1993 No. 80, 1993 - SECT 18

18. The parties to a complaint are:

   (a)  the complainant; and

   (b)  the trustee; and

   (c)  any other person who has applied to the Tribunal to be made a party
        and who the Tribunal believes ought to be made a party to the
        complaint.
