SUPERANNUATION (RESOLUTION OF COMPLAINTS) ACT 1993 No. 80, 1993 - SECT 23

Right to representation in relation to a complaint
23. (1) Subject to subsection (2), a party in relation to a complaint:

   (a)  if he or she has a disability - may be represented by an agent; and

   (b)  if the party is a body corporate or unincorporate - may be represented
        by a responsible officer or an agent of the body; and

   (c)  in any other case - must act on his or her own behalf.

(2) The Tribunal may allow a party to a complaint to be represented by an
agent if the Tribunal considers it necessary in all the circumstances.
