SUPERANNUATION (RESOLUTION OF COMPLAINTS) ACT 1993 No. 80, 1993 - SECT 27

27. If:

   (a)  a complaint has been made to the Tribunal; and

   (b)  the complaint has not been withdrawn; and

   (c)  the Tribunal is satisfied that the Tribunal can deal with the
        complaint under this Act; the Tribunal must inquire into the complaint
        and try to settle it by conciliation.
