SUPERANNUATION (RESOLUTION OF COMPLAINTS) ACT 1993 No. 80, 1993 - SECT 38

Meeting to be private
38. (1) A review meeting of the Tribunal is to be in private.

(2) The Tribunal may give directions as to the persons who may be present at
any review meeting.

(3) The Tribunal may give directions prohibiting or restricting the disclosure
of documents or information relating to a review meeting.

(4) In giving directions, the Tribunal must have regard to the wishes of the
parties in relation to the complaint and the need to protect their privacy.

(5) Directions may be made in writing or orally.

(6) A person must not intentionally or recklessly refuse or fail to comply
with a direction of the Tribunal. Penalty: 30 penalty units.
