SUPERANNUATION (RESOLUTION OF COMPLAINTS) ACT 1993 No. 80, 1993 - SECT 62

62. (1) The staff required to assist the Tribunal in the performance of its
functions are to be persons appointed or employed under the Public Service Act
1922.

(2) The Commissioner must make available to the Tribunal such staff and
facilities as are necessary or desirable to enable the Tribunal to perform its
functions.
