SUPERANNUATION (RESOLUTION OF COMPLAINTS) ACT 1993 No. 80, 1993 - SECT 67

67. (1) The Tribunal Chairperson must, on behalf of the Tribunal, within 3
months after each year ending on 30 June, give to the Minister a report on the
working of this Act during that year.

(2) The Minister must cause a copy of the report to be laid before each House
of the Parliament within 15 sitting days of that House after the Minister
receives the report.
