SHIPPING REGISTRATION AMENDMENT ACT 1984 No. 16, 1984 - SECT 9

9. (1) Section 24 of the Principal Act is repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding the repeal effected by sub-section (1), section 24 of the
Principal Act continues to have effect on and after the date of commencement
of this section in respect of changes in the registered ownership of a ship or
a share in a ship occurring before that date as if that section and the
regulations made for the purposes of that section had continued in force.
