SOCIAL SERVICES AMENDMENT ACT 1977 No. 159, 1977 - SECT 7

7. After section 105N of the Principal Act the following section is inserted:
Statement to be furnished when required
''105NA. A person to whom the Director-General has, in pursuance of section
105JA, granted a handicapped child's allowance shall, whenever so required by
the Director-General and within such time as the Director-General specifies,
furnish to the Director-General a statement, in accordance with a form
approved by the Director-General, relating to any matter referred to in the
form, being a matter that might affect the payment to him of that allowance.

Penalty: $40.''.
