SOCIAL SECURITY AND VETERANS' AFFAIRS LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 4) 1989 No. 164, 1989 - SECT 55

55. Section 102 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting paragraph (1) (a)
and substituting the following paragraph:

"(a) a family allowance under Part X in respect of a child is payable to a
person, or would be payable to a person:

        (i)    but for paragraph 82 (1) (aa) or (2) (c), subsection 82 (6) or
               section 85; or

        (ii)   if the child was not in receipt of income from employment
               exceeding $100 per week; and". Commencement: 1 January 1990
