SOCIAL SECURITY AND VETERANS' AFFAIRS LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 4) 1989 No. 164, 1989 - SECT 77

77. Section 246 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by omitting from subsection (2) "(other than a funeral benefit under
        Part VIII)";

   (b)  by omitting from paragraph (2A)(b) "(other than a funeral benefit
        under Part VIII)". Commencement: 1 January 1990
