SOCIAL SECURITY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1982 No. 98, 1982 - SECT 82

Supplementary allowance after first 6 weeks of sickness benefit 

82. Section 112A of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting ''or'' from sub-paragraph (3C) (b) (iii); and

   (b)  by adding at the end of paragraph (3C) (b) the following word and
        sub-paragraph:

''; or (v) a rehabilitation allowance under Part VIII the amount of which is
calculated by reference to an allowance under this section or supplementary
assistance under section 30A,''.
