SOCIAL SECURITY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 3) 1991 No. 175, 1991 - SECT 57

57. Section 1223 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after subsection
(2) the following subsection:
  "(2A)   Subsection (1) does not apply to an amount if:


   (a)  the amount has been paid to a person by way of family allowance
        supplement; and

   (b)  the amount was paid to the person in a tax year; and

   (c)  the tax year has not yet ended.".
