SOCIAL SECURITY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 4) 1991 No. 194, 1991 - SECT 44

Adjustment of disability support pension (under 21 and no child) MBRs

44. Section 1198B of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by omitting from the Adjustment of DSP (under 21 and no child) MBR
        Table items 5, 10, 15 and 20;

   (b)  by renumbering items 1 to 20 in that Table as items 1 to 16.
