SOCIAL SECURITY (NON-BUDGET MEASURES) LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1995 No. 105, 1995 - SECT 26

26. Section 560 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by inserting in subsection (1) ", with the approval of the Employment
Secretary," after "undertaking";

   (b)  by inserting in subsection (1) ", or a labour market program" after

"training" (first occurring);

   (c)  by adding at the end:



"(8) The Employment Minister may determine in writing guidelines to be
followed in approving, for the purposes of subsection (1), a person's
undertaking of a course of vocational training or a labour market program.".
