SOCIAL SECURITY (NON-BUDGET MEASURES) LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1995 No. 105, 1995 - SECT 51

51. Section 4 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting paragraph (c) of
the definition of "pensioner" in subsection (1) and substituting:

"(c) a person to whom or in respect of whom there is being paid an allowance
under the Tuberculosis Act 1948; and includes a person who is a pensioner
because of section 4AAA or 4AAAB;".
