SOCIAL SECURITY (NON-BUDGET MEASURES) LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1995 No. 105, 1995 - SECT 58

58. Sections 10, 11 and 12 of the Principal Act, as in force immediately
before the commencement of this Part, continue to apply to the Department of
Housing and Regional Development in relation to information received by it
under a step of a data matching cycle, as if it were still an assistance
agency under the Act.
