SALES TAX ASSESSMENT ACT (No. 10) 1985 No. 43, 1985 - SECT 4

4. Subject to, and in accordance with, the provisions of this Act, the sales
tax imposed by a Taxing Act shall be levied and paid upon the sale value of
goods in Australia deemed to be sold by a taxpayer.
