SALES TAX (EXEMPTIONS AND CLASSIFICATIONS) AMENDMENT ACT 1984 No. 81, 1984 - SECT 2

2. (1) Sections 1 and 2 shall come into operation on the day on which this Act
receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Sub-sections 4 (1) and 5 (3) shall be deemed to have come into operation
on 8 May 1984.

(3) Section 3 and sub-sections 4 (2) and (3) and 5 (1) and (2) shall be deemed
to have come into operation at the hour of 8 o'clock in the evening, by
standard time in the Australian Capital Territory, on 21 August 1984.

(4) Sub-sections 4 (4) and 5 (4) shall be deemed to have come into operation
on 22 August 1984.
