SALES TAX (EXEMPTIONS AND CLASSIFICATIONS) AMENDMENT ACT 1985 No. 145, 1985 - SECT 2

2.(1) Sections 1 and 2 shall come into operation on the day on which this Act
receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Sub-sections 5 (1) and 6 (1) shall be deemed to have come into operation
on 21 August 1985.

(3) Sections 3 and 4 and sub-sections 5 (2) and 6 (2) shall be deemed to have
come into operation on 20 September 1985.
