SALES TAX (EXEMPTIONS AND CLASSIFICATIONS) AMENDMENT ACT 1986 No. 98, 1986 - SECT 2

2. (1) Sections 1 and 2 shall come into operation on the day on which this Act
receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Sections 3, 4, 5 and 6 shall be deemed to have come into operation on 20
August 1986.
