SALES TAX (EXEMPTIONS AND CLASSIFICATIONS) AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1989 No. 18, 1990 - SECT 2

Commencement 
2. (1) Subject to this section, this Act is to be taken to have commenced on
16 August 1989.

(2) Paragraph 3 (a) is to be taken to have commenced on 5 October 1989.

(3) Paragraphs 3 (b), (c) and (d) are to be taken to have commenced on 4
October 1989.
