TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1991 No. 98 of 1991 - SECT 34

34. The body corporate that was, immediately before the commencement of this
Part, in existence because of section 16 of the Telecommunications Act 1989
under the name Australian Telecommunications Authority continues in existence
by force of this section as a body corporate, under and subject to the
provisions of this Act, under that name.
