TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1991 No. 98 of 1991 - SECT 372

372. (1) Each member, and each associate member directed to perform the duties
of a member generally, is entitled to receive notice of AUSTEL's meetings.

(2) An associate member directed to perform the duties of a member in relation
to specified matters is entitled to receive notice of a meeting of AUSTEL if
it is likely that AUSTEL will consider at the meeting:

   (a)  any of those matters; or

   (b)  a matter related to any of those matters.
