TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1997 No. 47 of 1997 - SECT 511

If a complaint has been made to the ACA under section 509, the ACA may make
inquiries of the respondent for the purposes of determining:

   (a)  whether the ACA has power to investigate the matter to which the
        complaint relates; or

   (b)  whether the ACA should, in its discretion, investigate the matter.
