TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1997 No. 47 of 1997 - SECT 78

78 Application to be accompanied by charge etc. 
An application must be accompanied by:

   (a)  the charge (if any) fixed by a determination under section 53 of the
        Australian Communications Authority Act 1997; and

   (b)  the consent of the owner, or each of the owners, of the network units;
        and

   (c)  the election of the applicant accepting responsibility for the units
        for the purposes of this Act.
