TELECOMMUNICATIONS (INTERCEPTION) AMENDMENT ACT 1993 No. 103 of 1993 - SECT 26

26. Section 81 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by omitting from paragraph (1)(b) "IV or";

   (b)  by omitting paragraph (1)(d);

   (c)  by omitting from subparagraph (1)(e)(i) "or obtained by virtue of a
        warrant under Part IV,";

   (d)  by omitting paragraph (1)(g) and substituting the following paragraph:

"(g) particulars of each communication of lawfully obtained information by an
officer or staff member of the agency to a person other than an officer or
staff member of the agency; and".
