TELECOMMUNICATIONS (INTERCEPTION) AMENDMENT ACT 1993 No. 103 of 1993 - SECT 5

5. Section 6 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by omitting from subsection (2) ", or in a vessel, vehicle or
        aircraft,";

   (b)  by omitting subsections (3) and (4).
