TELECOMMUNICATIONS AMENDMENT ACT 1994 No. 67 of 1994 - SECT 9

Tariff of basic services 
9. Section 190 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after subsection
(4) the following subsection:



"(4A) Subsection (4) of this section does not affect the operation of section
238B.".
