- (1)
- The Board must give each corporate plan to the Minister for his or her
approval.
- (2)
- The Minister may ask the Board, in writing, to give the corporate plan to
the Minister by a time, and in a manner, specified by the Minister. The Board
must comply with the request.
- (3)
- The Minister may, by written notice given to the Board:
(a) approve the corporate plan; or
(b) request the Board to revise it for the reasons set out in the request.
- (4)
- The Board must:
(a) comply with the Minister's request to revise the plan; and
(b) give the revised plan to the Minister for his or her approval.
- (5)
- The plan comes into force on the day on which the Board receives
written notice of the Minister's approval.
