TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND POSTAL SERVICES (TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS AND CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS) ACT 1989No. 63, 1989 - SECT 24

24. Section 38 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by adding at the end of subsection (2) the following paragraph:

"; (c) the policies specified in Division 1 of Part 3 of the
Telecommunications Act 1989.";

   (b)  by adding at the end of paragraphs (6) (b) and (c) "(which may include
        conditions for or in relation to giving effect to provisions of
        Division 1 of Part 3 of the Telecommunications Act 1989)".
