Short title, &c.

(Assented to 26 September 1985)
1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Tobacco Charge (No. 3) Amendment Act 1985.

(2) The Tobacco Charge Act (No. 3) 1955*1* is in this Act referred to as the
Principal Act.
