TOBACCO CHARGE AMENDMENT ACT 1982 NO. 72 OF 1982 - SECT 3

3. Section 6 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from sub-section (1)
''prescribing a rate of charge that is higher or lower than the rate specified
in paragraph 5 (a)'' and substituting ''for the purposes of section 5
prescribing a rate of charge not exceeding 6 cents per kilogram''.
