TEXTILES, CLOTHING AND FOOTWEAR DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY ACT 1988 No. 14 of 1988 - SECT 34

34. The Authority may enter into an agreement with the Corporation or such
other body corporate as the Authority determines in relation to:

   (a)  the provision of financial assistance by the Corporation or other body
        corporate to persons who have been approved for a grant of financial
        assistance under the program; and

   (b)  the provision of finance to the Corporation or other body corporate
        for use in the payment of interest on, and the cost of, money borrowed
        by the Corporation or other body corporate for the purpose of
        providing that assistance.
