TEXTILES, CLOTHING AND FOOTWEAR DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY ACT 1988 No. 14 of 1988 - SECT 39

39. Where the Authority is satisfied that the plan submitted by an applicant
for assistance under the program:

   (a)  satisfies the criteria referred to in section 37; and

   (b)  is financially viable; the Authority may, subject to section 40,
        approve in writing the grant to the applicant of financial assistance,
        at such rate, and for such period commencing on the date of the
        approval, as are specified in the approval.
