TRANSPORT LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1995 No. 95 of 1995 - SECT 9

9. A power exercised by the Australian Maritime Safety Authority under section
329 of the Navigation Act 1912 as in force immediately before the repeal of
Division 6 of Part VII of that Act, is taken, after that repeal, to have been
exercised under section 314A of that Act as amended by this Act.
