TAXATION LAWS AMENDMENT ACT (No. 3) 1994 No. 138 of 1994 - SECT 85

Deductions for gifts, pensions etc. 
85. Section 78 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by omitting "the" from item 1.2.1 of table 1 in subsection (4) and
        substituting "The";
(b) by inserting "or public fund" after "institution" in item 5.1.2 of table 5
in subsection (4).
