TAXATION LAWS AMENDMENT ACT (No. 5) 1990 No. 135 of 1990 - SECT 10

10. Section 78 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by inserting after subparagraph (1) (a) (cv) the following
        subparagraph:

"(cvi) The Friends of the Duke of Edinburgh's Award in Australia
Incorporated;";

   (b)  by omitting from subsection (6AK) "1 July 1990" and substituting "1
        January 1991".
