TRADE MARKS AMENDMENT ACT 1976 No. 163, 1976 - SECT 12

Amendment of Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act.

12. (1) The Schedule to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1975*3* is
amended by omitting Part XXVI.

(2) Notwithstanding the amendment made by this section, applications may be
made in accordance with the provision omitted by this section in respect of
decisions made on or after 1 July 1976 and before the commencement of this
section.
