TRADE PRACTICES AMENDMENT ACT 1977 No. 81 of 1977 - SECT 67

67. Section 149 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after sub-section
(3) the following sub-sections:-

''(3A) For the purposes of paragraph (3) (b), the communication or production
of any matter or document to a person authorized by writing under the common
seal of a body corporate to represent the body corporate for the purposes of
this section shall be deemed to be communication or production to that body
corporate.

''(3B) This section applies to persons who were members of the Trade Practices
Commission established by the Trade Practices Act 1974 as in force at the
commencement of this sub-section in like manner as it applies to members of
the Commission.''.
