TRADE PRACTICES (MISUSE OF TRANS-TASMAN MARKET POWER) ACT 1990 No. 70 of 1990 - SECT 9

9. Section 51 of the Principal Act is amended:
     (a) by inserting in subsection (3) ", 46A" after "section
46";

   (b)  by adding at the end the following subsection:

"(5) In the application of subsection (2A) to section 46A, the reference in
that subsection to trade or commerce includes trade or commerce within New
Zealand.".
