TELEVISION STATIONS LICENCE FEES AMENDMENT ACT 1978 No. 51 of 1978 - SECT 4

4. On and after the date of commencement of this Act, the provisions of
sub-section 6 (2) of the Principal Act as amended by this Act extend to a
licence granted before that date, whether or not it was renewed before that
date.
