TRADE UNION TRAINING AUTHORITY AMENDMENT ACT 1978 No. 92 of 1978 - SECT 20

20. Section 50 of the Principal Act is repealed and the following section
substituted: Taxation
''50. The Authority is not subject to taxation under any law of the
Commonwealth or of a State or Territory.''.
