WOOL INTERNATIONAL ACT 1993 No. 64 of 1993 - SECT 15

15. Each corporate plan must:

   (a)  define Wool International's principal objectives during the
        plan period; and

   (b)  outline the strategies Wool International will pursue to achieve those
        objectives; and

   (c)  specify performance indicators by reference to which an assessment may
        be made of the extent to which Wool International is achieving its
        objectives; and

   (d)  include financial targets; and

   (e)  include a forecast of the revenue and expenditure (including capital
        expenditure and borrowings) of Wool International and its
        subsidiaries; and

   (f)  specify Wool International's human resources and industrial relations
        strategies; and

   (g)  include Wool International's equal employment opportunity program.
