WHEAT MARKETING AMENDMENT ACT 1985 No. 91 of 1985 - SECT 6

Permits for purchase of wheat for stockfeed use

6. Section 22 of the Principal Act is amended-
(a) by omitting from sub-section (1) "prescribed" (first occurring);
(b) by omitting from sub-section (7) "Permits" and substituting "Permit"; and

   (c)  by omitting sub-section (8).
