WILDLIFE PROTECTION (REGULATION OF EXPORTS AND IMPORTS) AMENDMENT ACT 1995 No. 121 of 1995 - SECT 2

2.(1) Subject to this section, this Act commences on the day on which it
receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Subject to subsections (3) and (4), the items of the Schedules commence on
a day or days to be fixed by Proclamation.

(3) If an item of a Schedule (other than an item of Schedule 14) does not
commence under subsection (2) within the period of 6 months beginning on the
day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent, it commences on the first day
after the end of that period.

(4) If an item of Schedule 14 does not commence under subsection (2) within
the period of 11 months beginning on the day on which this Act receives the
Royal Assent, it commences on the first day after the end of that period.
