AIRPORTS REGULATIONS 2024 (F2024L00140) - REG 33

Declaration of airport sites

  (1)   For the purposes of subsection   251B(1) of the Act, subsection   6(1) of this instrument is prescribed.

  (2)   For the purposes of subsection   251B(4) of the Act, each of the Parts of Schedule   1 to this instrument is prescribed.
